Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for an on-site multifamily community. You will maintain grounds, common areas, and building exteriors, assist the maintenance team, and help ensure curb appeal for current and prospective residents.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures. Weekend availability may be needed; drivers license helpful; Grace Hill training is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to take direction and follow company procedures.
• Ability to complete physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Grace Hill training is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste from common areas.
• Keep leasing office, pathways, stairwells, laundry areas, pools and parking areas clean and presentable.
• Use blowers and brooms to clean sidewalks and outdoor walkways.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and perform minor repairs when needed.
• Support safety by following guidelines and reporting hazards.
