This on-site role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive work ethic, with weekend availability as needed.

You will support grounds maintenance, perform light repairs and painting, and help with make-ready tasks while upholding safety standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Able to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Grace Hill training completed.

Responsibilities

• Walk property daily to remove litter and debris from common areas.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and building exteriors to ensure curb appeal.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and make-ready efforts as requested.
• Perform minor repairs and painting; handle basic upkeep tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards promptly.
