Sunridge-Management is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the apartment community’s grounds, amenities, and exterior spaces on-site. You will support the maintenance team with make-ready tasks and general upkeep to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for current and prospective residents.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Weekend availability may be needed to cover community needs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas daily to ensure curb appeal.
• Assist maintenance team with make-ready tasks and painting.
• Perform trash-out duties and keep dumpster areas clean.
• Move items, clean, and assist with general upkeep as needed.
