The Porter/Groundskeeper at SunRidge Management Group helps keep the apartment community clean and inviting, maintaining grounds and common areas, and assisting the maintenance team to ensure residents live in a well-kept environment.

This on-site role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work with weekend hours as needed to support multifamily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Must follow company procedures and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Walk property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots and common areas.
• Assist maintenance with make-ready tasks and basic repairs.
