The Porter/Groundskeeper position at SunRidge Management Group is an on-site role at the apartment community, focusing on grounds and common-area upkeep. You will assist the maintenance team with make-ready tasks and basic repairs to keep the property inviting for current and prospective residents.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Weekend availability may be needed to support property operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Must complete Grace Hill training.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove litter and debris.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and amenities.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and minor repairs.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA/ADA compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance team as needed.
