Job summary

Duke University is seeking a Program Coordinator for Graduate Medical Education (GME) Fellowship Programs to support accreditation, recruitment, and fellowship operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Experience in program administration, academic support, education, counseling, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support fellowship programs in maintaining compliance with ACGME, IGME, and subspecialty/International accreditation requirements.
• Monitor accreditation standards, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Program Directors on curriculum planning, accreditation initiatives, and quality improvement.
• Coordinate annual evaluations for fellows, faculty, and educational programs.
• Maintain fellowship databases and educational records with accuracy and timely updates.
• Participate in institutional GME committees and related educational activities.
• Develop recruitment materials and coordinate fellowship recruitment activities per GME requirements.
• Assist with SF Match, ERAS, and other recruitment systems and onboarding for fellows.
• Manage day-to-day program operations and act as a resource for stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for meetings and coordinate departmental events and conferences.
• Support didactics and content management in learning management systems.
