Job summary

The University of Wisconsin seeks a Graduate Medical Education Coordinator to support resident onboarding, reimbursements, schedules, and evaluations within the GME program. You will work with the Program Manager, faculty, residents, and affiliated sites to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and smooth administrative operations; some on-site, some remote work may be available.

You will also participate in recruitment fairs and applicant interviews to support resident recruitment

Qualifications

• Knowledge of graduate medical education requirements and accreditation standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support resident onboarding, financial reimbursement processing, and tracking of evaluations.
• Coordinate faculty call and attending schedules and assist in recruitment activities.
• Serve as a liaison among residents, program faculty, and affiliated teaching sites.
