Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in commercial construction or related specialty contracting.
• Practical knowledge of flooring, architectural finishes, or adjacent trades.
• Proven ability to lead project managers, estimators, field personnel, and operations teams in a hands-on environment.
• Ability to interpret scope, cost drivers, schedules, labor needs, and profitability; poised for broader P&L ownership.
• Field credibility from meaningful jobsite exposure; on-site leadership experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance across commercial projects, balancing estimating, project delivery, field execution, labor planning and customer commitments.
• Guide project managers, estimators, office staff and field leaders with clear expectations, coaching and accountability.
• Review scopes, estimates, pricing assumptions, schedules and job economics to protect profitability.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors and project priorities to support safe, efficient execution.
• Handle challenging project situations as a senior problem solver on jobsites, schedules and customer issues.
• Build productive relationships with GC's, customers, suppliers and trade partners with credibility.
• Strengthen communication, team engagement, operating discipline and scalable processes as the organization modernizes.
• Partner with ownership on financial performance and growth priorities with increasing P&L responsibility.
