Buffalo Builders, LLC is seeking a Sector General Manager – Commercial & Industrial to lead the division responsible for office, retail, manufacturing facilities, distributions centers, and other related projects. You will oversee preconstruction, operations, financial performance, and client relationships while driving growth and profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
10–15+ years of progressive experience in construction.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L.
Proven ability to coordinate engineering and field teams.
Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Strong background with project controls (schedule, cost, forecasting).

Responsibilities

Establish, structure, and lead Buffalo’s SGM – Commercial & Industrial division.
Lead planning and execution for multiple major capital projects.
Serve as primary liaison between engineering partners, fabricators, internal design teams, and field leadership.
Drive alignment across design, construction, safety, and commissioning teams.
Own budgets, forecasts, earned value reporting, and cost-to-complete analyses.
Protect OH&P and margin targets across all projects.
Mentor junior team members and cultivate future leaders.
