Job summary

RogueSearch, a leader in modular and manufactured housing, seeks a General Manager to oversee multi-site operations in Pennsylvania. You will own profitability, lead production, and drive market growth across channels while ensuring product competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

We want a proven leader with 10+ years of executive experience, strong P&L ownership, and a track record of Lean-driven improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership with increasing responsibility.
• 5+ years leading multi-site manufacturing or related operations.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, margin expansion and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and lead profitability for multiple facilities.
• Drive safety, quality, and manufacturing performance across sites.
• Lead pricing strategies, product portfolio, and channel partnerships.
• Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, and finance to achieve growth.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and capital plans.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
