Job summary

Blue Signal Search seeks a dynamic General Manager to own and run a multi-million-dollar branch in Brownsville, TX, with autonomy and the backing of a national organization.

The role emphasizes leadership, sales, and operations, including P&L responsibility and growth across commercial, residential, and industrial markets, with long-term financial upside.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in management; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to navigate regional dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, operations, or general management.
• Experience overseeing a full P&L and leading a team.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations including sales, logistics, inventory, P&L, customer service and staffing.
• Cultivate key customer relationships and identify growth opportunities across commercial, residential, and industrial verticals.
• Manage a team of 6–7 employees ensuring alignment, engagement and performance.
• Recruit, train and develop team members to support operational goals.
