Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop 25–30 warehouse associates on daily operations.
• Run shift huddles and set clear priorities for your team.
• Monitor productivity, safety, accuracy, and quality metrics.
• Learn to allocate labor based on volume and priorities.
• Use data to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR, Safety, Quality, and Engineering teams.
