ShipMonk is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a 25–30 person warehouse team in Pittston, PA. This on-site role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and fast-paced execution within a growing ecommerce fulfillment network.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of military leadership, supervisory, team-lead, or personnel oversight experience OR 2+ years of civilian leadership experience in operations, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or related environment
• Demonstrated experience leading people, maintaining accountability, and executing operational objectives
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, or overtime based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates
• Set clear expectations and maintain accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and attendance
• Lead shift huddles and communicate daily priorities
• Monitor operational KPIs and adjust labor and workflows as conditions change
• Use operational data to identify root causes and improve performance
• Train and develop associates while identifying future frontline leaders
• Partner with HR, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to solve problems
• Maintain inventory accuracy and equipment, sanitation, and safety standards
• Communicate clearly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate waste, and strengthen execution
