Coastal Pediatric Therapy Center in Jacksonville Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Front Desk Associate to greet families, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a welcoming reception area. You will handle calls, scheduling, patient information updates, payments, and basic billing inquiries while coordinating with therapists and the Director.

The role requires strong customer service, reliable on-site attendance, and the ability to multitask in a busy pediatric clinical environment.

• Strong customer service and communication skills when interacting with children, families, and staff.
• Proficient phone etiquette and receptionist duties for multi-line phones and front desk workflows.
• Solid computer literacy including scheduling systems, electronic records, email, and basic office software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a busy clinical environment.
• Healthcare, pediatric, or therapy setting experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training in office administration or customer service is a plus.
• Reliable punctuality and the ability to work full-time on-site in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
• Professional references and background check required.
