Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC in Bowling Green, KY seeks an HR Business Partner/Employee Relations Professional to serve as the primary HR contact for ~350 hourly employees and front-line supervisors. You will handle employee relations, policy administration, performance management, investigations, and talent processes on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive Human Resources experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and supervisor inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct employee relations investigations involving attendance, conduct, harassment, discrimination, policy violations, and workplace conflicts.
• Document investigations, findings, and recommendations in accordance with company standards.
• Partner with leaders to address performance, conduct, and attendance issues using progressive discipline processes.
• Support conflict resolution and facilitate difficult employee conversations.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive issues.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
