Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• Experience managing and applying kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and mathematical abilities to complete necessary reports.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served according to facility or site plan.
• Hire, orient, train, and issue corrective action to team members.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure team members are trained to perform job responsibilities safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in line with the planned menu schedule.
• Maintain a sanitary environment in compliance with health codes and regulations.
