Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Director to lead a single-site, on-site food service operation within a correctional facility. You will oversee staff, manage kitchen operations, ensure compliance with health regulations, and report to the District Manager.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and budgeting within a mission-driven environment. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of management experience in food services, ServSafe certification, and a track record of

• High school diploma or GED required; at least 18.
• Minimum five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service setting.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Experience with kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and ability to prepare reports.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the appropriate quantities of food prepared and served according to the facility plan.
• Hire, orient, train, and issue corrective action to team members.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure team training for safe performance of duties.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in advance preparation of planned menus.
• Ensure proper storage of food items.
• Maintain product service quality standards.
• Maintain a sanitary environment in compliance with codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate onsite reports of daily and monthly financial, production, and activity.
• Responsible for state inspections and other audits.
• Maintain ServSafe Manager certification.
• Other duties as determined by needs.
