Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Director to plan, direct, and coordinate a stand-alone kitchen within a correctional facility. You will oversee staff, manage operations and finances, and ensure compliance with health codes.

You will report to the District Manager and lead a team of food service workers and cooks, driving service excellence and food safety in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED sufficient; 18+ years old.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Experience applying kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Knowledge of basic accounting for reports.
• Institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quantities of food prepared and served per site plan.
• Hire, orient, train, and issue corrective action to team members.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure staff are trained to perform responsibilities safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for planned menus.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and product quality.
