Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Director to oversee a single-site food operation inside a correctional facility, reporting to the District Manager. You will manage the kitchen team, control costs, and ensure compliance with safety and health codes.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in food service management, and ServSafe certification, with a path for career advancement within a military and veteran friendly employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience in a food service setting.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Experience applying kitchen sanitation and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee food preparation and service to meet facility plans.
• Hire, orient and train staff; apply corrective action when needed.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to menu schedules.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and sanitary operations.
• Maintain on-site reports of daily/monthly production and finances.
• Coordinate with inspections and maintain ServSafe certification.
