Job summary

Crafty in Santa Monica, CA, is seeking a Food & Beverage Associate for our on-site concierge pantry program. You will lead client-site execution, merchandising, inventory management, and equipment upkeep to ensure top-tier service.

The role is full-time, 7:00am–4:00pm PT, with a focus on organized spaces, client interactions, and efficient operations. Benefits include healthcare, 401k, PTO, snacks, and company events.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: own client office kitchens and pantries, manage storage with rotations.
• Customer Service: engage with clients onsite and with Crafty team members, deliver high-quality service.
• Maintenance + Inventory: routine machine maintenance, quality checks, inventory and budgeting tasks.
• Communication: raise location needs or safety concerns; complete route paperwork accurately.
