Job summary

Crafty in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Food & Beverage Associate to lead on-site client experiences in our Concierge pantry program. You will manage merchandising, inventory, and equipment while delivering top-tier service to client sites.

The role is full-time, 7:00am–4:00pm PT, with ongoing client interactions, safety, and process improvements. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment and support a key Santa Monica client.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: own client offices' kitchens/pantries and manage storage with rotations.
• Customer Service: engage with clients onsite and deliver high-quality service.
• Maintenance + Inventory: service machines, perform quality checks, complete inventories.
• Communication: report location needs or safety concerns and complete paperwork.
