Job summary

Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office concierge pantry program. They lead client-site execution and support product merchandising, inventory management, and order replacement at Seattle client sites.

This full-time, hourly role runs 7:00am–4:00pm PT Monday–Friday, focused on maintaining organized kitchens, responsive service, machine maintenance, and efficient communication with managers and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates client-focused mindset with strong service orientation.
• Clear, effective communication across verbal and written formats.
• Delivers smooth operations and adheres to standards and best practices.
• Shows reliability, punctuality and consistency in fulfilling commitments.
• Able to download and use Crafty app on a mobile device.
• Adapts quickly to change with problem-solving skills.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Works well in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: own client offices & pantries; organize storage and rotate stock.
• Customer Service: engage with clients onsite and deliver high-quality service.
• Maintenance + Inventory: routine machine maintenance, quality checks, inventory tasks.
• Communication: coordinate site needs with manager and complete pre/post route paperwork.
