Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee production in assigned office including backlogs, aging, and KPI tracking.
• Ensure dispatching is timely and effective.
• Recruitment and onboarding of staff.
• Maintain accurate pad and warehouse inventory.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with the team.
• Ensure SOPs and best practices are followed across locations.
