Job summary

Romanoff Renovations seeks a Site Operations Manager to lead multiple locations, drive performance, and manage a team of operation managers and hourly staff. You will coordinate with the District Operations Manager and maintain strong customer communications with Home Depot and installers.

Qualified candidates bring 3+ years in a supervisor role, strong communication, and the ability to travel to field offices and stores. A proactive, safety‑minded leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Ability to travel to field offices, jobsites and Home Depot stores.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production in assigned office, monitor backlogs, aging report and KPIs.
• Ensure office dispatching and timely completion of tasks.
• Ongoing recruitment and team development.
• Maintain pad and warehouse inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify improvements and drive continuous improvement with the team.
• Assign duties to ensure SOPs and best practices are followed.
• Optimize office scheduling capacity and staffing.
• Build and sustain relationships with Home Depot associates and DSM.
• Visit Home Depot stores regularly to maintain relationships.
• Respond to expedited care tickets and resolve with the customer.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
