Job summary

50Floor is seeking an Operations Manager to join our branch leadership team. You will support the GSM in overseeing operations from warehouse to job site, manage third-party installation vendors, and drive revenue while maintaining quality workmanship.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and the ability to travel within a 75-mile radius. A background in flooring or home improvement is preferred, with 3+ years in related roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading operations in home improvement or construction.
• Proven ability to manage field teams and vendors.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support branch GM in training, quality standards, and profitability.
• Coach operations team and monitor performance.
• Lead educational meetings to boost knowledge.
• Onboard contractors and manage vendors.
• Resolve escalated customer issues to ensure timely settlements.
• Perform site visits to verify installation quality.
• Fill in for GM during absences or peak periods.
