Job summary

50Floor is seeking an Operations Manager to join our branch leadership team. This role supports the General Sales Manager in overseeing branch operations from warehouse to job site, manages third-party installation vendors, and drives revenue while upholding quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has experience in flooring/construction or renovation project management, warehouse operations, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations teams in field settings or home renovation industries.
• Ability to train staff and contractors and ensure safety and quality.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive, hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support branch GM in training, quality control, profitability, and service standards.
• Lead and coach the operations team; monitor performance.
• Drive educational meetings to elevate knowledge base; onboard contractors.
• Address escalated customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform site visits to verify installation work and service quality.
• Fill in for GM during absences and peak periods.
