Job summary

NEP Group Inc. seeks a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator on-site in Pittsburgh, PA, to ensure safety compliance for mobile units and coordinate their movement within the facility and to vendors.

The role demands 24/7 on-call availability and a Class A CDL, with responsibility for maintaining PMs, repairs, and data in Teams. The position supports operations tied to major media, broadcasting, and sporting events globally, requiring reliable execution and close collaboration with Fleet Managers and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related skills in fleet operations, safety and administration preferred.
• Class A CDL is required.
• Must possess FMCSA physical exam card and be subject to random drug testing and federal exams.
• Must be reliable and attentive to safety and federal laws.
• Willing and able to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all truck movement within the compound and to outside vendors.
• Perform daily yard checks and enter data into Microsoft Teams; communicate with engineering and operations.
• Communicate with Fleet department and Mobile Unit Drivers about changes to fleet equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance (scheduled or unscheduled) based on priority with other maintenance coordinators.
• Monitor and enter all trailer PM/Inspections and weight slips into appropriate spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with tractor leasing companies to maintain PMs, campaigns, repairs.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to maintain PMs/repairs to Mobile Units.
• Maintain a equipment/specification spreadsheet for Mobile Units and tractors; keep updated.
• Notify Fleet Managers, Fleet Director, and Operations Coordinators of repairs needed.
• May perform light mechanical functions as needed.
• Available on-call 24 hours for fleet-related emergencies.
