Job summary

NEP Group, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to manage on-site vehicle movement and maintenance coordination for our mobile units. The role requires CDL Class A, 5+ years in fleet operations, and strong safety compliance.

You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting major live events, with on-call rotation and cross-department collaboration. This on-site position offers exposure to a wide range of fleet activities, including PMs, repairs, and data

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related fleet operations and safety experience.
• CDL Class A required and FMCSA regulations knowledge.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and work on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all truck movement within the compound and to outside vendors.
• Perform daily yard checks and data entry into Microsoft Teams; coordinate with engineering and operations.
• Communicate with Fleet department and Mobile Unit Drivers about fleet changes.
• Coordinate maintenance (scheduled or unscheduled) based on priority.
• Monitor trailer PM/Inspections and weight slips in spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with tractor leasing companies for PMs/Campaigns/Repairs.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for PMs/Repairs to Mobile Units.
• Maintain an equipment/spec spreadsheet for Mobile Units and tractors on Teams.
• Report repairs needed to Fleet Managers, Fleet Director, and Operations Coordinators.
• May perform light mechanical tasks as needed.
• Be available on-call 24 hours for fleet emergencies.
