Patriot Disposal in Franklin County, PA, seeks a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to support the Fleet Maintenance Manager and shop team by coordinating preventive maintenance, repairs, work orders, parts, and vendor activity for the company fleet of heavy- and light-duty vehicles.

You will serve as a central communication point among maintenance, operations, drivers, and outside vendors to help keep equipment safe, compliant, available, and returned to service promptly, while maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in fleet maintenance administration or related field.
• Working knowledge of preventive maintenance scheduling and work orders.
• Experience using fleet maintenance software or CMMS.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, and recurring service by mileage, hours, and manufacturer guidance.
• Create, update, and close work orders with accurate labor, parts, and equipment status.
• Track DVIR deficiencies and ensure repairs and documentation are complete.
• Maintain an equipment status list and communicate return-to-service status.
• Audit maintenance records and vendor invoices for accuracy.
