BMI Federal Credit Union (BMI FCU) is seeking a Financial Education Coach to deliver personalized financial coaching, develop educational resources, and coordinate workshops. This on-site role supports staff development, marketing, and community engagement to expand the Financial Education Program.

The position emphasizes credentialing management, program evaluation, and collaboration across departments while maintaining high levels of member service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Social Work or related field strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of related experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Holds or able to obtain CCUFC credential.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including early mornings, late nights and weekends.
• Strong communication, coaching and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 financial coaching to members and develop personalized plans.
• Oversee program administration, credentialing and education resources.
• Coordinate workshops and community partnerships; support staff development.
• Promote financial wellness through marketing and outreach efforts.
• Ensure program compliance and reporting; collaborate cross‑departmentally.
• Manage content for the website and social channels; publish newsletters.
