Aufgaben

• Provide financial coaching and relationship building to members on budgeting, credit building, cash flow management, and goal-setting via in-person, virtual, and phone sessions.
• Conduct outreach and deliver financial education workshops in schools, community centers, businesses, and partner organizations.
• Support account opening and member onboarding processes, including savings, checking, CDs, and online banking tools, in coordination with branch and lending staff.
• Advise internal teams on culturally centric outreach practices to reach underbanked communities.
