BMI Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Coaching and Education Specialist to deliver personalized 1-on-1 coaching, coordinate educational initiatives, and support community partnerships in Dublin, OH. The role emphasizes member service, program management, and credentialing oversight.

It is a 100% on-site, full-time position with a strong focus on financial wellness. The role requires CCUFC credentialing or progression toward it, the ability to work a varied schedule, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Associate degree strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of related experience
• CCUFC credential required or to be obtained
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Ability to work varied schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer programs

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 financial coaching to members
• Develop educational resources and outreach strategies
• Coordinate workshops and community partnerships
• Manage program administration and credentialing
• Promote financial wellness through marketing and community events
• Ensure compliance and reporting for the program
