Job summary

Wright-Patt Credit Union Inc. is seeking a Financial Coach I who delivers extraordinary service by proactively engaging members to meet their financial needs and by guiding them to Credit Union products and services.

You will process new accounts and loans, educate on easy-to-use services, and close loans accurately, helping members save time and money. You will also identify referral opportunities across Mortgage Lending, Member Business Services, and Retirement Solutions while adhering to

Qualifications

Consult with members to meet financial needs and recommend Credit Union products.
Process new accounts and loan requests precisely and efficiently.
Close and disburse approved loans from various channels as needed.
Ask open-ended questions to uncover opportunities to save members money.
Follow policies, procedures and risk controls; report gaps to leadership.
Identify referrals to Mortgage Lending, Member Business Services, and Retirement Solutions.
Assist members with questions and resolve complaints about WPCU products.

Responsibilities

Consult with members to identify financial needs and recommend products.
