Job summary

BMI Federal Credit Union in Dublin, OH is seeking a Financial Education Coach to lead 1-on-1 coaching and grow the credit union’s education initiatives. You will oversee program administration, develop resources, and coordinate workshops with cross‑department collaboration.

The role requires on-site work, daytime/evening/weekend hours, and interaction with members to promote financial wellness and services. Prior CCUFC credentialing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Family and Consumer Science, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct member consultations to assess financial position and plan improvements.
• Maintain notes and records of coaching sessions and progress.
• Track and report counseling activities to VP of Business & Community Development.
• Schedule site visits for consultations at members’ worksites or BMI FCU branch.
• Manage communications for Financial Coaching appointments.
• Develop and monitor the Financial Coaching program evaluation.
• Update the Financial Coaching website content and resources.
