Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an On-Site Project Manager (Finance) to oversee the day‑to‑day management of industrial manufacturing and data center projects, ensuring delivery in line with contract documents, budgets, and safety standards.

You will coordinate design reviews, manage schedules and cash flow forecasts, and provide timely progress reports while collaborating with owners, design teams, and contractors at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and data center project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and PMIS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning, engineering, construction, and handover of the assigned projects.
• Coordinate design reviews, design requirements, and approvals between owner, design team, and contractors.
• Coordinate, schedule, and report activities related to stakeholder management, facility operations, and project communications.
• Provide timely, accurate progress reports, cash flow and cost of completion forecasts.
