You will manage budgets and timelines, coordinate with design professionals and contractors, ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, and report progress and risks to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion with knowledge of procurement.
• Provide proactive planning and project management to assist project teams and coordinate among stakeholders.
• Manage procurement activities and regulatory permits.
• Coordinate with design professionals and contractors; oversee on-call contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and safety standards.
• Develop and adhere to budgets, timelines, and quality control plans.
• Determine needed resources from start to finish within budget constraints.
• Report progress and risks to senior management.
