Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Administrator to join our Mobility team in Southern California. You will support project administration for multiple project managers and operations in the region, interacting with the Project Manager(s) and Finance Manager on contracts and project financials.

This role requires 5 years of relevant experience, ability to coordinate with subcontractors on billing, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience in project administration or project management.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, engineering, or capital projects in regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across a matrixed team.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers to control budget, scope, schedule, progress and risks.
• Prepare and verify client invoices monthly in accordance with contracts.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on billing requirements.
• Produce financial project metric reports (revenue, profitability, AR).
• Prepare reports and maintain project forecasts in PM tools.
• Participate in monthly project reviews with Finance and Project Managers.
