Arcadis is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee day-to-day planning, engineering, construction, and handover for industrial and data center projects in the United States. The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience, proficiency with MS Office and PMIS systems, and a relevant bachelor's degree.

Role accountabilities

Responsible for day-to-day management of the planning, engineering, construction, and handover aspects of the assigned projects and all associated deliverables. Coordinating design reviews, design requirements, and approvals between owner, design team, and contractors. Coordinating, scheduling, and reporting activities related to stakeholder management, facility operations, and project communications. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all appropriate technical standards are applied during the project implementation
  • Managing work to follow state, local, and Federal requirements
  • Ensuring all deliverables and constructed work are in conformance with the scope and quality standards set forth in the contract documents
  • Providing timely, accurate progress reports, cash flow and cost of completion forecasts
  • Maintaining project files, meetings records and correspondence, and project controls information
  • Coordinating with the internal stakeholders
  • Reviewing all purchases, procurement, changes and payments on the project
  • Monitoring contractor adherence to the prime contract
  • Monitoring contractor adherence to safety standards
Required Qualifications
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and data center project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and PMIS systems
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $131,000 - 158,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
