Job summary

Recruiter Management Services in Covington, LA is seeking a Field Services Billing Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role supporting a nationwide team of service technicians.

The position requires 2+ years of billing experience in a service organization, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with QuickBooks and NetSuite. You will invoice customers, review orders and receipts, and assist the accounting team on various projects.

Qualifications

• MUST have 2+ years of billing experience in a service organization
• Associate degree in Accounting or higher preferred
• Strong computer and Excel skills; QuickBooks and NetSuite experience a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Dependable with Monday–Friday on-site availability
• Able to commute reliably to Covington, LA area

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate to facilitate billing with customers (internal and external)
• Accurately invoice customers for products and services
• Review work orders for legibility and accuracy
• Review change orders, receipts, bills, and invoices for accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality of billing information
• Multitask across multiple systems to determine billable Time & Materials with high accuracy
• Learn and use multiple billing systems for invoicing
• Heavy computer usage
• Review credit card expenses for accuracy to bill with corresponding Work Order
• Assist in creating estimates for each region
• Assist Accounting team and Leadership with projects
