Job summary

Wet Willie's is seeking a Billing Specialist based in Atlanta, GA to join our accounting team. This role reports to the Controller and requires proficient Excel skills and ERP experience to manage invoicing, cash postings, and customer resolutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in billing, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset to support internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Billing role reporting to the Controller as part of the accounting team.
• Prepare invoices and resolve customer inquiries.
• Cash applications and posting deposits.
• Create spreadsheets using Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

Responsibility as a Billing Specialist
This role will report to the Controller and will be part of our accounting team. The billing specialist will need to be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have experience using ERP systems, preferably NetSuite. Excellent customer service skills are needed in order to correspond with our internal and external customers.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in billing-providing exceptional customer services with internal and external customers
• Experience with ERP Systems
• Preparing invoices and preforming resolutions for customers
• Cash applications, post cash experience, and preparation of bank deposits
• Creating spreadsheets, Excel-use of excel V-lookups and pivot tables

Experience with the following is a plus:

• NetSuite
