Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, debug, and maintain hardware and software on customer sites. You will perform scheduled inspections, routine maintenance, and on-site configuration to ensure optimal operation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• 1–2 years of relevant Field Services experience or equivalent.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver's license and driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises.
• Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning and other service procedures within an assigned territory.
• Inspects products for correct operation and resolves issues or escalates as needed.
• Configures and installs applicable software and performs preventive maintenance.
