Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf invites you to join our team in improving service delivery by installing, debugging and maintaining product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer sites.

You will perform scheduled inspections, cleaning and minor repairs within your territory, inspect products for correct operation and escalate issues as needed, coordinate service visits, complete paperwork and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises.
• Performs scheduled inspection, cleaning and other services and conducts minor product repairs within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Inspects products for correct operation and resolves noted issues and/or escalates according to established procedures.
• Schedules services, completes all required paperwork and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
