Job summary
GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician in Chicago, IL, to represent the company at client sites. You will troubleshoot and repair high‑speed cash‑handling equipment, install systems, and manage parts and tools while ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will work from a home-based territory, travel to customer sites, and coordinate with the District Service Manager. A valid driver’s license and electro‑mechanical repair experience are essential.
Qualifications
- Education in electro‑mechanics or electrical engineering or related field.
- Certificates in mechanics/electronics/automation/data processing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose system problems and make repairs.
- Keep customer informed of progress during maintenance or down system situations.
- Complete machine installations and hardware/software upgrades.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and training.
