Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Technical Execution: Performs on-site service functions including installations, conversions, removals, and service calls on Ainsworth games and equipment; conducts maintenance and upgrades.
• Customer Support: Provides professional telephone and on-site support, demonstrating troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Administration & Compliance: Submits timely service tickets for tracking and invoicing; escalates unresolved issues and maintains tools and equipment in safe condition.
