AGS - American Gaming Systems is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, upgrade, and maintain gaming equipment across our casino partners. You’ll troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and deliver top‑notch customer service in fast‑paced environments.

You’ll travel within your territory on a rotating schedule, handling mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed while adhering to safety and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
• Complete paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external clients.
