Job summary

AGS is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain gaming equipment at casino venues across your territory. You’ll handle technical tasks, perform preventative maintenance, and deliver top-tier customer service to internal and external customers.

You’ll travel to different casinos, work with cutting-edge gaming tech, and join a team that supports you with training and mentorship. Flexibility with hours and on-call rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
• Experience with electronics or gaming equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to casino venues and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
• Complete paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
• Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot service incidents and escalate as needed.
• Track parts and inventory to stay equipped for jobs.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation.
• Follow safety protocols in varied environments.
