Job summary

TOKYO ELECTRON AMERICA, INC. is seeking an on-site Field Service/Start-Up Engineer II to provide technical support, installations, and preventive maintenance for customer equipment. You will document service activities, train customers, and collaborate with the Service Manager on process improvements.

The role requires the ability to travel to customer sites, communicate effectively, and uphold safety and quality standards while continuously learning about new products and service techniques.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year of relevant industry experience.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support and services to customers.
Install, repair, and maintain equipment per company guidelines.
Document service activities and maintain repair records.
Collaborate with Service Manager to identify and implement process improvements.
Train customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
Travel frequently to customer sites, often on short notice.
