Tokyo Electron America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service/Start-Up Engineer II to provide on-site technical support, installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance for semiconductor equipment.

You will document activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes while maintaining a strong safety culture. The role requires travel to customer sites, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments while staying current with product enhancements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Semiconductor industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to customers and resolve issues.
• Perform equipment installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Document service activities, reports, and communications.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager and team on improvements.
• Train customers on safe operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Travel to customer sites, sometimes on short notice.
• Uphold safety and quality standards.
• Stay updated on product enhancements and service techniques.
