Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 7 years of related experience and management of two or more regular full-time employees.
• Experience in service management within the technology industry.
• Hands-on field technical experience with digital and electromechanical technology; knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and Oracle.
