Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead and empower a skilled team of Digital Service Specialists delivering hardware, software, and services. You’ll recruit, train, and guide technicians while ensuring top-tier service within your territory.

You will manage field operations, mentor staff, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to stay at the forefront of technology. The role is full-time and on-site in the United States, with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience.
• Management experience supervising two or more full-time employees.
• Hands-on field technical experience with digital and electromechanical technology; knowledge of Internet, Office software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Digital Service Specialists within a defined territory.
• Hire, train, and coach team members to deliver high-quality service and support.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Oversee warehousing processes related to merchandise and inventory.
• Drive team development and education on new technology.
